9:06 p.m. -- driving away from....

we crumble and fall

take in the whispers that call

beating to the eyes

like wildfire that spread to cries

intelligent minds that disintegrate

personalities that penetrate

wishing so to have in arms

the love hidden in foolish charms

why do we not see

we have a life truly wanting to be free

one that does not rest against

the love of another

but the love we give ourselves.

passerby's take good looks

but never stay

do not give it all in one day

for it shall be returned in advance

taking only but a glance

leaving you there to fade

driving for miles

as the tears fall to invade.
